I am a successful multi-preneur and have started several different businesses to date, everything from catering, to landscaping, saddle fitting, a rehab practice, an online school, a solid coaching practice, to a speaker and workshop facilitator. Some have returned well and above what I had projected, others tanked... but all provided valuable lessons.

I have been in the coaching industry for 6yrs and am constantly exploring new techniques (currently in the Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner's Certification Program with Gabor Mate). I have coached start-up CEOs and VPs from Silicon Valley to Hong Kong, women entrepreneurs all over the world, political figures from Mayoral offices to State Reps, and volunteered my time consulting and guiding new not-for-profits.

You don't need a website from scratch with bells and whistles to increase your ROI by 600%, but you can't run a scrappy outfit either and be taken as a professional. The answer is a pragmatic approach to strategically maximize your talents and money for your long term investment, profitability, and sustainability while you share your gifts with the world.

'I cut my teeth in the Health and Wellness field. I built Essential Healing during the recession and grew it over 500%, while providing enough work for 5 therapists, in one of the worst states to be self-employed... I always appreciate a challenge! Then I oozed back into the equine world with a desire to help... I wanted to share holistic health and wellness with my own horses. And that desire spread as the market for alternative animal therapies grew. Finally, I realized how perfectly apt many of the lessons we learn through our horses about leadership, community, teams, communication, compromise, and self worth translate almost directly to the corporate and start-up worlds.'
